Sell Online Blueprint is a trading name of A&H Digital Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17206051. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.

Information we may collect

• Your name, email address, billing details and country.
• Order details, payment status, product access and refund history.
• Messages, support requests, feedback and any information you choose to send us.
• Your marketing preferences and records of consent or opt-out requests.
• Technical information such as IP address, device, browser, referring page, approximate location and interactions with our pages or videos.

Our checkout and payment providers process payment-card information. We generally receive confirmation and transaction information rather than your complete card details.

How and why we use it

• To fulfil our contract: process orders, provide digital access, deliver updates and handle support or refunds.
• To meet legal obligations: maintain accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and compliance records.
• For legitimate interests: secure our services, prevent misuse, understand product performance and improve the customer experience.
• With consent where required: send optional marketing and use non-essential advertising or measurement technologies.

Cookies, video and measurement

Our pages may use essential browser storage to provide requested features and remember choices. The sales video is hosted by YouTube and is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode only after you choose to play it. Google may then receive technical and usage information under its own privacy terms.

Google Tag Manager loads on each page to manage website tags. Analytics and advertising storage handled through it is denied by default and enabled only after you select “Accept measurement”.

We use Meta Pixel on this site to measure advertising performance and understand actions such as viewing the offer or starting checkout. Meta Pixel is loaded only after you select “Accept measurement” in our privacy choices. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the “Cookie settings” button.

Who we share information with

We may share relevant information with service providers that help us run the business, including:

• SamCart and connected payment providers for checkout, payment and digital-product delivery.
• Website hosting, security, analytics, email and customer-support providers.
• Google when Tag Manager is loaded, when optional Google measurement tags are enabled, or when you choose to load embedded YouTube video.
• Meta where advertising measurement tools are enabled.
• Professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is legally required.

These providers may only use information for the agreed service or under their own responsibilities as set out in their privacy terms.

International processing

We sell worldwide and some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard. Local privacy rights may also apply depending on where you live.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. Order, payment and tax records are normally retained for up to six years after the relevant accounting period. Support records are kept only while useful for resolving issues and maintaining an appropriate business record. Marketing information is retained until you opt out or it is no longer needed, although a limited suppression record may be kept so we respect your choice.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information; object to certain processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute in every situation.

Children and changes to this notice

Our products are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
